Welcome to Asbrand Fragrances. By purchasing our products or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, sales, and distributor agreements with Asbrand Fragrances.
By placing an order or registering as a distributor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability displayed on our website or promotional material are accurate.
Products may vary slightly in packaging or presentation due to supplier and design updates.
All products are subject to availability; in case of stock shortages, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
We accept payments via EFT, credit/debit card, or approved payment gateways.
4. Orders & Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or stock availability.
Asbrand Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy applies (see separate document).
Products may only be returned if they meet the conditions outlined in our policy.
6. Distributor Terms
Distributors agree to purchase products at wholesale prices for resale at recommended retail prices.
Distributors are independent and not employees of Asbrand Fragrances.
Asbrand reserves the right to revoke distributor status for misconduct, misrepresentation of the brand, or breach of terms.
Marketing materials provided by Asbrand may not be altered without prior approval.
7. Intellectual Property
The Asbrand Fragrances name, logo, product designs, and marketing materials remain the property of Asbrand Fragrances.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of our branding is prohibited.
8. Liability
Asbrand Fragrances is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Customers are encouraged to test products for sensitivity. Perfumes should be applied as directed and stored properly.
9. Amendments
Asbrand Fragrances reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available on our website.
